Today i decided to give you some advice about starting the exercising. This is especially for those of you who hate it. Here are some tips to overcome that burning hatred you might have for going to the gym or exercising in general.
No matter how hard you’ve tried, you never liked the struggle it takes to go through with the exerise. Maybe you have even tried hiring a personal trainer to get you started, hoping you get the extra kick when you have someone to account for. Or the money stake would be enough to get you started.

But you wonder, how about those people who stay in shape and look awesome. What’s their secret? How do they stay motivated day after day and year after year and stick to their workout routine? When start your program or workout routine, don’t force yourself to do anything too hard or unpleasant, just make sure that you keep doing it and never quit.
There’s no reason to torture yourself at the gym. Once you have worked out for a while, you will see that it's fun and enjoyable to challenge yourself in better results from time to time. But the important thing to remember is: just make yourself do something. Just do it regularly and don’t make any excuses.

The secret to hep you stick with your workout plan is to make it so easy, convenient, enjoyable or awesome that not doing it just makes you feel a bit dumb. That way you don't subconsciously feel the hatred to exercise, because your mind will remember that it's fun and it makes you feel great!
