You want to start exercising, but you hate it. What to do?


Today i decided to give you some advice about starting the exercising. This is especially for those of you who hate it. Here are some tips to overcome that burning hatred you might have for going to the gym or exercising in general.

No matter how hard you’ve tried, you never liked the struggle it takes to go through with the exerise. Maybe you have even tried hiring a personal trainer to get you started, hoping you get the extra kick when you have someone to account for. Or the money stake would be enough to get you started.
But to no success.
Every time you have begun a nice sounding workout program with the goal of getting in shape, something, just something cuts you short before you have even started to reach your goal.
Still, you know the problem: you don’t like working out. It’s hard, it’s painstaking, it’s sweaty and of course, the all time favorite "you don't have the time to workout".
But you wonder, how about those people who stay in shape and look awesome. What’s their secret? How do they stay motivated day after day and year after year and stick to their workout routine? Are they from another planet? Or is there something they know that you don’t?The reason which generally separates people who like working out from those who don’t is pretty simple: fitness. Which means they have gone over the point where working out feels miserable, and have started to enjoy it.
And that is possible to all of us.
Exercising sucks when you aren’t in shape and your goals seem so distant. But the good news is that you don’t have to become a professional bodybuilder or whatnot to get to a place where working out is no longer a pain. Once you reach a minimum proficiency level – exercise stops feeling bad and starts feeling good and gives you that euphoric feeling. And the only way to get there? You guessed it, just go and do it!

If you’re just starting a workout program your goal shouldn’t be to get muscles or lose fat
. The very first step is getting to a level where you no longer hate to exercise. And for that all you need is consistency. After that, the prize will come, automatically. 
When start your program or workout routine, don’t force yourself to do anything too hard or unpleasant, just make sure that you keep doing it and never quit.
There’s no reason to torture yourself at the gym. Once you have worked out for a while,  you will see that it's fun and enjoyable to challenge yourself in better results from time to time. But the important thing to remember is: just make yourself do something. Just do it regularly and don’t make any excuses.
The secret to hep you stick with your workout plan is to make it so easy, convenient, enjoyable or awesome that not doing it just makes you feel a bit dumb. That way you don't subconsciously feel the hatred to exercise, because your mind will remember that it's fun and it makes you feel great!
