Getting started

Hi to all!

In this blog i will gather all kinds of useful tips on training, nutrition, overall healthy lifestyle and of course, the never ending story of fat loss.
Here will be tips mostly for those who want to turn their sledge around, and start living the healthy, fat free lifestyle. But even if you already have found the joy of exercising and master the nutrition, I will try my best to bring something new to the table! I bet you'll be surprised!

I will try my best to keep the language as simple as possible, and after all, that's what "living good" is, simple when you just get the hang of it!
I have noticed that a lot of writers/websites take this simple subject, and make it sound almost like some kind of reverse-engineering project when it's not!

My goal in writing this blog is to get just as many people motivated in living healthy as possible, and get their fit on!

For starters, here are 5 useful tips on getting the spark for exercising:

1. Start slowly
    If you haven't exercised for a while, the important thing is to start out slowly. For example, if you want to          
    begin jogging as to aid your fat loss, start out with walking first. That will get your feet used to the motion,
    and you'll avoid injuries.

2. Get a friend involved
   There are many advantages in exercising with a friend. In good company the time flies, use that as your
   advantage.

3. Just get to the spot
    When you're at the spot of where you are supposed to do your workout, its hard to say no at that point!

4. Alter the workouts
    One of the biggest dangers in exercising is that you'll get bored. That's why you should change the way
    you workout from time to time. Go rollerskating once in a while, or cycling, or mountain climbing or
    whatever comes to your mind, there are a ton of activities!

5. Be patient
    I know we all would like to see the results of our training in a few days, but does it sound too good to be
    true? It is. The results come automatically when you change your lifestyle! Just be patient and stick to
    your new lifestyle, the prize will come automatically and you'll get the lean look you've always wanted!
